This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the leading AI expert for Go-To-Market (GTM) across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
β’ Create and uphold a GTM-centric AI roadmap that aligns with the overall AI Operations strategy.
β’ Engage actively with customers and the sales process to ensure AI priorities reflect market realities.
β’ Contribute to Agiloft's external narrative regarding AI and establish thought leadership.
β’ Assess the impact of initiatives through metrics such as adoption rates, productivity, pipeline influence, customer outcomes, and revenue.
β’ Design, define, and construct AI copilots, agents, retrieval-augmented workflows, and human-in-the-loop automations.
β’ Oversee the complete delivery of large-scale GTM AI solutions from initial concept to full production.
β’ Collaborate with GTM AI Builders, AI Operations, and technical stakeholders.
β’ Mentor and assist the GTM AI Builders community.
β’ Monitor the performance of deployed tools and automations, making adjustments based on adoption data, feedback, and business requirements.
β’ Maintain standards for testing, documentation, and handoffs.
β’ Evaluate AI tools relevant to GTM and provide recommendations to AI Operations.
β’ Continuously enhance AI engineering skills and remain updated on agentic workflows, LLM integrations, automation platforms, and AI-assisted coding.
β’ Operate within the AI Builders Program at the L4 AI Ops level, adhering to AI governance policies.
β’ Communicate build status, opportunities, challenges, and priorities to the VP of AI Operations and GTM leadership.
β’ Coordinate with the Principal Data and Integrations Architect on data pipelines, Snowflake access, or warehouse connectivity.
β’ Guide GTM teams in responsible AI adoption and enhance organizational AI fluency.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
β’ Experience in a Go-To-Market, revenue operations, or customer-facing role within a B2B SaaS company.
β’ Familiarity with the entire revenue cycle, from pipeline management to renewal.
β’ Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, or Outreach.
β’ 1 to 3 years of direct experience in optimizing GTM workflows through AI.
β’ Proven results in sales, marketing, customer success, or revenue operations.
β’ Basic Python scripting skills sufficient to read, modify, and execute automation scripts.
β’ A strong desire and commitment to improve scripting, AI engineering, and architectural proficiency.
β’ Foundational understanding of RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and LLM-powered tools.
β’ Technical capability to function as an L4 AI Builder in conjunction with AI Operations.
β’ Familiarity with AI workflow orchestration platforms such as n8n, Tines, LangChain, or similar tools.
β’ Knowledge of connecting AI tools to GTM systems of record.
β’ Experience with AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code or OpenAI Codex.
β’ Strong customer focus and experience in engaging with customers and understanding their buying journey.
β’ Ability to strategically partner with senior GTM leaders and translate AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes.
β’ A genuine enthusiasm for practical AI applications in revenue contexts and a commitment to self-directed continuous learning.
β’ Experience in the SaaS industry is required.
