This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of the multi-year growth strategy and development path for international expansion and new product categories.
β’ Develop and defend business cases that include market sizing, margin analysis, capital needs, and go/no-go economic evaluations.
β’ Prioritize and sequence investments for growth initiatives.
β’ Establish and lead a cross-functional stage-gate process from product concept to validated, scaled launch.
β’ Collaborate with teams in Marketing, Operations, Sales, Finance, Digital Transformation, and Business Development.
β’ Direct the go-to-market strategy for entering new markets and categories, including channel selection, pricing strategies, and partner choices.
β’ Act as interim P&L steward for emerging ventures until a dedicated general manager is appointed.
β’ Provide the CEO, President & COO, and senior leadership with insights on the health of growth initiatives compared to the plan.
β’ Present updates on growth strategies, capital allocation, and resource requirements to the company's board.
β’ Report directly to the President & COO.
β’ 12+ years of experience in CPG with a proven track record in commercial strategy, corporate strategy, general management, or new business and venture roles, preferably in the food or beverage sector.
β’ Proven ownership of a new category, new channel, or international expansion from strategy development through to market launch.
β’ Strong understanding of consumer insights, product development, supply chain and operations, pricing strategies, and retail/channel sell-in.
β’ Robust financial and analytical skills, including business-case modeling, P&L literacy, and disciplined investment prioritization.
β’ Demonstrated capability to lead through influence within a matrix organization.
β’ Executive presence to collaborate with the President & COO, CEO, and board on capital and portfolio decisions.
β’ Experience in high-growth or founder-led environments is advantageous.
β’ Direct experience launching products in Canada, Mexico, or the UK, or within adjacent snacking categories, is a plus.
β’ Background in consulting or corporate development, along with practical in-house operational experience, is preferred.
β’ Must reside in the United States.
β’ Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
