This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement brand strategies through targeted pull-through and/or direct contracting with designated Regional Accounts.
• Design and execute strategic and tactical business plans to create access and pull-through opportunities for Sandoz products across Pharmacy and Medical benefits.
• Collaborate with State Medicaid Agencies and FFS Medicaid RFPs at the national level, including individual states and consortiums.
• Partner with the National Account Director to execute brand strategies with downstream and National affiliate participants.
• Establish and nurture internal and external relationships, connecting key stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Conduct regular business reviews with accounts to discuss contractual performance and enhance access.
• Work alongside Sales Management, National Account teams, and internal groups to facilitate pull-through and sustain profitable sales.
• Identify, assess, and cultivate customer partnerships within assigned accounts.
• Provide account updates and presentations to Strategic Market Access, Account Strategy, Regional Account, Sales Management, and Patient Services/HUB teams.
• Act as the internal brand lead for assigned in-line biosimilar products, liaising with brand and marketing teams.
• Maintain brand-specific payer team materials, including product access tracking, FAQs, talking points, and competitor analysis grids.
• Ensure readiness for launches by collaboratively creating launch materials such as value propositions, value modeling, and email templates.
• Collaborate with I&A, brand, and field teams to ensure accurate capture and dissemination of payer coverage for forecasting, field material development, target attainment tracking, and reference materials.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
• Preferred payer experience and/or 4+ years of experience in biosimilars and/or pharmaceuticals.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical contracting and negotiations with a successful track record.
• Comprehensive understanding of contract operations and government price reporting.
• Strong grasp of PBM, National Health Plan business, Specialty Pharmacy, and the evolving market landscape.
• Ideally possesses knowledge of State Medicaid bid cycles and RFPs.
• Ability to translate understanding into effective external market strategies.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to navigate complex customer environments and build relationships with all key stakeholders, including executive management.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Must reside within the designated geography to manage assigned accounts.
