Associate Strategy Manager – Physical Channels

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Assist a designated senior leader in implementing strategic objectives for the business/group.

• Collect and combine information to enhance effective and profitable operations within the business/group.

• Analyze financial and business outcomes, evaluating operating environments and emerging trends.

• Offer planning, support, and recommendations aimed at improving operational efficiency.

• Monitor the achievement of objectives and assist with risk management, compliance, and reporting processes.

• Provide guidance on community and industry events while coordinating event logistics.

• Create consistent communications for senior leaders and leadership teams.

• Formulate solutions and recommendations based on business strategies and stakeholder requirements.

• Counsel business/groups on the implementation of solutions.

• Facilitate the planning and execution of operational programs.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.

• Examine strategic issues, data, and information to deliver insights and recommendations.

• Independently assess, analyze, and address strategic challenges.

• Monitor and evaluate performance, addressing any arising issues.

• Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.

• Develop change management plans and lead or engage in change management initiatives.

• Define communication strategies, create tailored messages, and identify distribution channels.

• Cultivate stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment.

• Manage escalations of service/customer complaints and follow up to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.

• Plan and manage operating expenses within the business forecasts and budgets.

• Coordinate budgets and reporting to compare actual results against the budget.

• Utilize systems such as exception and tracking reports to manage information effectively.

• Integrate data from various sources to enhance processes, analysis, and reporting.

• Make informed, risk-aware decisions aligned with business strategy and relevant requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally, 4 to 6 years of pertinent experience.

• A post-secondary degree in a relevant field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Technical expertise acquired through education and/or professional experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient influence skills.

• Strong data-driven decision-making abilities.

• Capability to manage operational and compliance risks.
