VP, Client Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and oversee senior-level relationships with clients and agency partners beyond daily operations.

• Sustain executive and senior-level connections to enhance client retention efforts.

• Discover additional opportunities within existing client accounts.

• Evaluate and manage potential risks associated with clients and agency partnerships.

• Achieve client and EVERSANA INTOUCH objectives for account financial stability, targets, and goals.

• Lead the coordination and creation of integrated marketing strategies both internally and with external agency partners.

• Provide thought leadership within EVERSANA INTOUCH and across the industry.

• Introduce new services to clients and articulate the comprehensive range of offerings from EVERSANA INTOUCH.

• Exemplify inclusive behaviors and actively manage biases.

• Produce exceptional business results through collaborative team efforts.

• Perform additional tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 12 to 15 years of experience in agency, consultative, pharmaceutical, and/or healthcare settings.

• Recognized thought leader in integrated and digital marketing and communications.

• Capability to independently oversee major clients and brands.

• Proven track record of meeting P&L targets through existing and new business opportunities.

• Established leadership and mentoring abilities.

• Experience in leading cross-functional project teams.

• Proficient in negotiating and executing agreements.

• Creative problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels and functions.

• Practical understanding of technical development and processes.

• Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving.

• Skill in assessing staffing requirements for accounts and extended teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, or Communications is required.

• Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Willingness and capability to travel as necessary.
