Client Services Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Act as a communication liaison among clients, unions, company offices, and shareholder groups

• Determine strategies to minimize risk costs for clients through thorough analysis and assessment of conditions and practices

• Assess and measure the effectiveness of programs

• Align client programs with the company’s program standards

• Relay essential information among clients, the company, and shareholder groups

• Synchronize client programs and services with the company’s service standards and programs

• Analyze loss report data and provide recommendations for enhancements

• Review conditions and practices and suggest improvements to procedures

• Identify trends and propose strategies for decreasing risk costs for clients

• Accompany client representatives on-site to guide or train client management personnel

• Undertake additional duties as assigned

• Support the organization's quality program(s)

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred

• A minimum of four (4) years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required

• At least two (2) years of experience in workers' compensation claims is necessary

• Preferred experience in risk control

• Familiarity with claims management processes and procedures

• Knowledge of risk control within the insurance sector

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities

• Proficient in PC usage, including Microsoft Office applications

• Strong analytical and interpretive abilities

• Excellent organizational skills

• Exceptional interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation capabilities

• Good judgment and discretion

• Ability to manage multiple projects and establish priorities

• Capability to work collaboratively in a team setting

• Ability to meet or exceed established Performance Competencies

• Willingness to travel as necessary
