This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
β’ Create and implement a comprehensive strategy for advisor enablement that aligns with the enterprise's growth objectives.
β’ Design scalable frameworks, playbooks, tools, and resources for Relationship Leaders and Advisor Engagement teams.
β’ Identify areas for enhancing advisor productivity, business growth, retention, and the adoption of enterprise solutions.
β’ Ensure uniformity in advisor-facing engagement models and consultative business practices.
β’ Equip Relationship Leaders with business consulting frameworks, growth strategies, and resources for advisor practice management.
β’ Collaborate with Advisor Engagement leadership on initiatives related to advisor development, retention, and engagement.
β’ Support programs aimed at advisor growth, succession planning, affiliation strategies, and business optimization.
β’ Establish and monitor KPIs concerning advisor growth, engagement, retention, productivity, and solution adoption.
β’ Utilize analytics, advisor feedback, and business insights to enhance enablement strategies.
β’ Create dashboards and reporting systems for leadership.
β’ Assess the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and suggest improvements.
β’ Manage content, tools, and presentations aimed at advisors and Relationship Leaders.
β’ Design and conduct enablement programs that cover consulting skills, business acumen, growth planning, and advisor development.
β’ Lead the onboarding process and ongoing professional development for Advisor Engagement teams.
β’ Ensure consistent, high-quality messaging throughout advisor engagement channels.
β’ Collaborate with Marketing, Consulting, Product, Operations, and Business Development teams.
β’ Provide advice to senior leadership regarding the effectiveness of advisor engagement, productivity, and potential growth opportunities.
β’ Lead and nurture a high-performing enablement team.
β’ Advocate for advisor-centricity, accountability, and excellence in execution.
β’ A high school diploma (or equivalent) is mandatory.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
β’ More than 10 years of experience in sales enablement, advisor engagement, practice management, consulting, business development, or similar leadership roles.
β’ Background in financial services, wealth management, advisor consulting, or advisor relationship management.
β’ Proven history of driving advisor growth, retention, productivity, and business performance outcomes.
β’ Strong leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
β’ Experience in designing and executing training, coaching, and enablement programs.
β’ Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Preferred: FINRA License(s): Series 6/7, 65/66.
β’ Preferred background in wealth management, advisor consulting, or practice management.
β’ Preferred experience in establishing and leading enterprise enablement functions.
β’ Preferred experience in supporting advisor growth initiatives, succession planning, business optimization, and strategic consulting programs.
β’ Travel of 15-40% may be required.
