Voice Core CS Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Gathering requirements, feasibility analysis, and solution design

• Definition of ToL and MoP for roll-out activities

• Production of vertical configuration data for domain platforms

• Interaction with IT and Security departments to define security requirements

• Monitoring, analyzing, and managing platform alarms

• Advanced troubleshooting

• Acceptance and validation, liaising with vendors and other engineering departments

• Support for project delivery to Internet Service Provider clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of the Voice Core CS domain using Nokia technology (MSS/TRS/MGW)

• In-depth understanding of Voice Core CS protocols and interfaces: MAP, Camel, SCCP, SIP-I, TCP/IP, and UDP

• Familiarity with domain call flows

• Knowledge of VNF and CNF solutions

• Willingness to engage in scheduled night activities and on-call duties

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders

• Capability to engineer solutions for the integration of new services and updates

• Professional experience indicated at the “Experienced Professionals” level
