Voice Actor, CX Agent Voice Cloning – Spanish, Latin America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Capture high-quality voice samples across a variety of scripts including conversational, narrative, instructional, and more.

• Deliver clear, natural, and expressive speech while demonstrating control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation.

• Ensure consistency in voice, accent, and delivery throughout different recording sessions.

• Adhere to detailed recording guidelines concerning environment, microphone setup, and file formatting.

• Execute multiple takes with variations in emotion, emphasis, and style as necessary.

• Provide recordings that will be utilized for training and evaluating next-generation text-to-speech systems.

• Contribute recordings that are exclusively used for the internal CX AI Agent of the client.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native Latin American Spanish speaker currently residing in Latin America.

• Ability to speak neutral, internationally intelligible Spanish without a pronounced regional accent.

• Possess a clear, natural, and expressive voice.

• Have access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, which includes a quality microphone, a quiet environment, and a pop filter.

• Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range.

• Capable of following scripts accurately while maintaining a natural delivery style.

• Reliable availability for 5–10 hours per week throughout the duration of the project.

• Comfortable with voice cloning for the client's CX AI Agent.

• Must hold independent contractor status.

• Currently unable to accommodate H1-B or STEM OPT candidates.

• Previous experience in voice acting, narration, or broadcasting is a plus but not mandatory.

• Preference for candidates with experience in recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets.

• Familiarity with Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper is advantageous.

• Ability to deliver various vocal styles, including conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm, is preferred.
