Voice Actor, CX Agent Voice Cloning, Spanish – Latin America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Capture high-quality voice recordings across a variety of scripts, including conversational, narrative, instructional, and other formats.

• Deliver speech that is clear, natural, and expressive, demonstrating strong control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation.

• Ensure consistency in voice, accent, and delivery throughout different recording sessions.

• Adhere to comprehensive recording guidelines that include specifications for the environment, microphone setup, and file formatting.

• Execute multiple takes incorporating variations in emotion, emphasis, and style as needed.

• Contribute voice recordings for the training and assessment of cutting-edge text-to-speech systems.

• Provide voice recordings solely for the internal CX AI Agent of the client.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a native Latin American Spanish speaker residing in Latin America.

• Proficient in speaking neutral, internationally comprehensible Spanish without a pronounced regional accent.

• Possess a clear, natural, and expressive voice.

• Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, which includes a quality microphone, a quiet environment, and a pop filter.

• Strong skills in intonation, diction, and emotional range.

• Capability to follow scripts accurately while maintaining a natural delivery.

• Consistent availability for 5–10 hours weekly throughout the project duration.

• Comfortable with voice cloning for the client’s CX AI Agent.

• Preferred experience in recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets.

• Familiarity with audio editing software like Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper is preferred.

• Ability to deliver a variety of vocal styles is preferred.

• Must be engaged as an independent contractor.
