Voice Actor, CX Agent Voice Cloning – Spanish, Latin America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Capture high-quality voice samples across conversational, narrative, instructional, and various other scripts.

• Provide clear, natural, and expressive speech with precise control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation.

• Ensure consistency in voice, accent, and delivery throughout recording sessions.

• Adhere to detailed recording guidelines concerning the environment, microphone setup, and file formatting.

• Execute multiple takes with variations in emotion, emphasis, and style as needed.

• Contribute recordings for the training and evaluation of advanced text-to-speech systems.

• Voice recordings will be utilized exclusively for the client's internal CX AI Agent and may be duplicated for that purpose.

• Complete projects on an independent contractor basis according to individual availability.

• Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early based on needs and performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native Latin American Spanish speaker currently residing in Latin America.

• Ability to speak neutral, internationally understandable Spanish without a pronounced regional accent.

• Clear, natural, and expressive vocal quality.

• Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, including a quality microphone, quiet environment, and pop filter.

• Strong mastery of intonation, diction, and emotional range.

• Ability to follow scripts accurately while maintaining a natural delivery.

• Reliable availability for 5–10 hours per week throughout the project duration.

• Must be comfortable with voice cloning for the client's CX AI Agent.

• Previous voice acting, narration, or broadcasting experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Experience in recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets is preferred.

• Familiarity with Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper is preferred.

• Ability to deliver multiple vocal styles is preferred.

• Independent contractor status.

• Applicants must not need H1-B or STEM OPT support.
