Voice Actor, CX Agent Voice Cloning – Spanish, Latin America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Capture high-quality voice samples across various scripts, including conversational, narrative, and instructional formats.

• Deliver speech that is clear, natural, and expressive, showcasing control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation.

• Ensure consistency in voice, accent, and delivery throughout different recording sessions.

• Adhere to comprehensive recording guidelines regarding environment, microphone configuration, and file formatting.

• Execute multiple takes with variations in emotion, emphasis, and style.

• Contribute recordings to the training and assessment of advanced text-to-speech systems.

• Supply voice recordings solely for the client’s internal CX AI Agent.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a native speaker of Latin American Spanish currently residing in Latin America.

• Ability to communicate in neutral, internationally comprehensible Spanish without a pronounced regional accent.

• Possess a clear, natural, and expressive voice.

• Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, which includes a quality microphone, a quiet environment, and a pop filter.

• Strong proficiency in intonation, diction, and emotional range.

• Capability to follow scripts accurately while maintaining a natural delivery style.

• Availability for a single recording session lasting approximately 4 hours, with potential for additional sessions.

• Must be comfortable with voice cloning for the client’s CX AI Agent.

• Engagement as an independent contractor is required.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates will not be supported.

• Preferred: experience in customer support, contact center, CX, TTS, audiobook, IVR, or AI voice dataset fields.

• Preferred: familiarity with software such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper.

• Preferred: ability to perform in various vocal styles, including conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm.
