Voice Actor, CX Agent Voice Cloning – Spanish, Latin America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Capture high-quality voice recordings across various scripts, including conversational, narrative, instructional, and others.

• Provide clear, natural, and expressive speech while demonstrating control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation.

• Ensure consistency in voice, accent, and delivery throughout recording sessions.

• Adhere to detailed recording protocols encompassing environment, microphone setup, and file formatting.

• Execute multiple takes with variations in emotion, emphasis, and style as necessary.

• Contribute your recordings to the training and assessment of advanced text-to-speech systems.

• Recordings will be exclusively utilized for the client's internal CX AI Agent and may be duplicated for that specific purpose.

• Operate independently on a flexible schedule.

• Collaborate with prominent researchers on AI training initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a native Latin American Spanish speaker currently residing in Latin America.

• Possess neutral, internationally intelligible Spanish without a pronounced regional accent.

• Have a clear, natural, and expressive voice.

• Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, which includes a quality microphone, a quiet environment, and a pop filter.

• Strong proficiency in intonation, diction, and emotional range.

• Ability to adhere to scripts accurately while ensuring a natural delivery.

• Reliable availability for 5–10 hours per week throughout the project's timeline.

• Must be comfortable with voice cloning for the client's CX AI Agent.

• Engagement as an independent contractor.

• Previous experience in recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets is preferred.

• Familiarity with Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper is advantageous.

• Capability to deliver multiple vocal styles is preferred.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible.
