Voice Actor, CX Agent Voice Cloning – Spanish, Latin America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Capture high-quality voice samples across various formats including conversational, narrative, and instructional scripts.

• Provide clear, natural, and expressive speech while maintaining control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation.

• Ensure consistency in voice, accent, and delivery throughout different recording sessions.

• Adhere to comprehensive recording guidelines that include environment setup, microphone arrangement, and file formatting.

• Execute multiple takes with variations in emotion, emphasis, and style as needed.

• Contribute voice recordings for the training and evaluation of cutting-edge text-to-speech systems.

• Recordings will be solely used for the client’s internal CX AI Agent and may be replicated for that specific purpose.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a native Latin American Spanish speaker currently residing in Latin America.

• Capability to speak neutral, internationally understandable Spanish without a strong regional accent.

• Possess a clear, natural, and expressive voice.

• Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, including a high-quality microphone, a quiet environment, and a pop filter.

• Strong grasp of intonation, diction, and emotional expressiveness.

• Ability to follow scripts accurately while preserving a natural delivery style.

• Reliable availability for 5–10 hours per week throughout the project duration.

• Must be comfortable with voice cloning for the client’s CX AI Agent.

• Preferred: experience in recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets.

• Preferred: familiarity with recording software such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper.

• Preferred: ability to deliver various vocal styles.

• Engagement as an independent contractor.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible.

• Prior experience in voice acting, narration, or broadcasting is advantageous but not mandatory.
