Voice Actor, CX Agent Voice Cloning – Spanish, Latin America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Capture high-quality voice samples for a range of scripts, including conversational, narrative, and instructional formats.

• Provide clear, natural, and expressive speech while demonstrating control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation.

• Ensure consistency in voice, accent, and delivery throughout various recording sessions.

• Adhere to detailed recording guidelines regarding the environment, microphone configuration, and file formatting.

• Execute multiple takes with variations in emotion, emphasis, and style as needed.

• Contribute voice recordings to the training and assessment of advanced text-to-speech systems.

• The voice recordings will be utilized solely for the client's internal CX AI Agent and may be replicated for that purpose.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a native speaker of Latin American Spanish currently residing in Latin America.

• Ability to articulate neutral, internationally comprehensible Spanish without a pronounced regional accent.

• Possess a clear, natural, and expressive voice.

• Access to a professional or nearly professional recording setup, which includes a quality microphone, a quiet environment, and a pop filter.

• Strong proficiency in intonation, diction, and emotional expression.

• Capability to follow scripts accurately while maintaining a natural delivery style.

• Availability for a single recording session lasting approximately 4 hours, with the potential for an additional session of similar duration.

• Must be comfortable with voice cloning technology for the client's CX AI Agent.

• Status as an independent contractor is required.

• Preferred: experience in recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets.

• Preferred: familiarity with audio editing software such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper.

• Preferred: ability to deliver various vocal styles.

• H1-B or STEM OPT candidates are not eligible.
