Voice Actor – CX Agent Voice Cloning, Spanish – Latin America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Capture high-quality voice samples across various formats including conversational, narrative, instructional, and other scripts.

• Provide clear, natural, and expressive speech while demonstrating control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation.

• Ensure consistency in voice, accent, and delivery throughout recording sessions.

• Adhere to recording guidelines regarding the environment, microphone configuration, and file formatting.

• Execute multiple takes with variations in emotion, emphasis, and style as necessary.

• Contribute recordings to the training and evaluation of advanced text-to-speech systems.

• Recordings will be utilized solely for the client's internal CX AI Agent and may be replicated for that specific application.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a native Latin American Spanish speaker currently residing in Latin America.

• Capability to speak neutral, internationally understandable Spanish without a pronounced regional accent.

• Demonstrated experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting.

• Access to a professional or nearly professional recording setup, including a quality microphone, a quiet environment, and a pop filter.

• Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range.

• Ability to adhere to scripts accurately while maintaining a natural delivery.

• Reliable availability for 5–10 hours per week throughout the project duration.

• Must be comfortable with voice cloning for the client's CX AI Agent.

• Preferred: experience in TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets.

• Preferred: familiarity with audio editing tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, Reaper, or similar software.

• Preferred: ability to deliver various vocal styles including conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm.

• Must not be an H-1B or STEM OPT candidate, as Mercor is unable to support those candidates.
