Visual Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Lead the entire video and motion production workflow for Bask Health, starting from the initial design concept through to animation, video editing, and final delivery.

• Generate motion concepts, visual treatments, storyboards, mood boards, and animatics.

• Design custom vector graphics, illustrations, graphic layouts, and typography from the ground up using Illustrator/Photoshop prior to animation.

• Develop kinetic typography, logo animations, transitions, 2D/3D visual elements, explainers, and branded motion assets utilizing Adobe After Effects.

• Integrate motion graphics, bespoke designs, video footage, sound effects, voiceover, and color grading to produce polished final assets.

• Uphold exceptional craftsmanship in motion, color, typography, and visual style while following Bask Health brand guidelines.

• Create motion content for marketing initiatives, social media, product launches, web experiences, and digital advertisements.

• Modify motion assets for various aspect ratios, formats, and digital platforms.

• Report directly to the Creative Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in motion design, graphic design, animation, or video editing.

• Demonstrated capability to create static graphic assets and layouts from scratch before the animation process.

• Advanced expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Passion for craftsmanship, timing, typography, and maintaining high visual standards.

• Excellent communication skills, high energy, and a collaborative attitude.

• Proficient in managing multiple motion projects concurrently in a fast-paced setting.
