Game Artist, Animator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality game artwork, encompassing symbols, characters, backgrounds, user interfaces, logos, and marketing materials.

• Produce refined animations, including symbols, characters, features, wins, and visual effects using Spine and After Effects.

• Leverage AI tools to create concepts, mockups, references, and visual explorations.

• Prepare and deliver assets that are ready for game integration, including animation exports, sprite sheets, and files suitable for localization.

• Collaborate with a variety of artists, developers, designers, and producers throughout the production process.

• Enhance workflows and address technical art challenges.

• Contribute to the production of slot games for international markets within the Logic Labs game development team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Game Artist, Animator, or in a related position.

• A portfolio showcasing both illustration and animation capabilities; submission of your portfolio is required.

• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Spine, and After Effects.

• Solid grasp of animation principles, particularly timing, spacing, and motion appeal.

• Demonstrated experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Leonardo, Flux, or equivalent technologies.

• Familiarity with the export, optimization, and production pipelines for game assets.

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose issues and collaborate effectively with developers.

• Experience in the online Slots/iGaming sector is a significant advantage.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• A commitment to quality, meticulous attention to detail, and a sense of ownership over your work.

• Experience with technical art responsibilities such as sprite sheets, localization processes, asset implementation, and workflow automation is beneficial.

• Knowledge of Eastern European slot markets, player preferences, visual trends, and high-performing games is advantageous.

• Awareness of current iGaming trends, competitors, and emerging game mechanics is a plus.
