Motion Designer – 6-month Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality static and motion assets for various brand campaigns, partnerships, social media, performance marketing, events, product launches, and other marketing efforts.

• Design and tailor creative content across diverse channels and formats.

• Collaborate with marketers and cross-functional teams to generate creative ideas and execute campaigns.

• Produce engaging visuals and utilize motion to enhance storytelling within digital experiences.

• Ensure that all creative outputs align with the brand, are localized for the Indonesian market, and are optimized for the appropriate platforms.

• Stay updated on design, motion, and social trends while introducing innovative ideas to elevate creative work.

• Assist the SEA Marketing team in crafting content that resonates locally for Indonesia.

• Manage projects from initial concept to execution across both static and motion formats.

⛳️ Requirements

• A robust portfolio showcasing exceptional graphic design and motion design across various digital marketing, branding, or creative projects.

• Strong foundation in graphic design principles, including typography, layout, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

• Proficiency in motion design, animation, and video editing techniques.

• Experience producing creative assets for social media, digital marketing, brand campaigns, or integrated marketing strategies.

• Capability to adapt concepts for multiple channels and formats.

• Ability to develop compelling visual concepts and implement them across both static and motion formats.

• Solid understanding of local trends with the ability to translate them into engaging and relevant creative content.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment that emphasizes testing and learning.

• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Proficiency in Canva and motion/design software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week for a 6-month contract.

• Position focused on Jakarta, Indonesia.
