Visual Designer – Part-time, E-commerce/Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Modify existing Figma templates to align with the visual identity and layout of online newspapers, magazines, and media platforms.

• Analyze prospective websites to assess typography, color schemes, imagery, spacing, and overall composition.

• Develop high-fidelity digital mockups for branded content or advertising experiences within publications.

• Revise typography, color palettes, layouts, and visual framing across pitch materials and presentation assets.

• Create visual assets and video frames for tailored sales presentations.

• Make periodic updates to presentation decks, digital collateral, and other visual materials.

• Collaborate with sales and production teams to produce refined materials within tight deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Figma and a solid understanding of its layout and design tools.

• Strong visual design capabilities in layout, typography, composition, and color.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adapt visual assets to various brand identities.

• Experience in creating digital marketing, visual, presentation, or branded content.

• Capacity to work independently and efficiently through short, project-based assignments.

• Ability to interpret existing visual direction and convert it into polished, consistent assets.

• Advanced English proficiency for effective professional communication.

• Located in Latin America (LATAM).

• Available for part-time work, approximately 20 hours per week.

• Nice to have: experience with online publications, digital advertising, editorial design, marketing, or media brands.

• Nice to have: fundamental knowledge of motion design or animation.

• Nice to have: familiarity with digital publishing environments, advertising formats, or editorial website layouts.

• Nice to have: experience with Figma Auto Layout, components, variants, and shared libraries.

• Nice to have: experience with high-volume visual adaptation or production workflows.
