This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +3 more countries.
• Prepare and layout print-ready artwork for notebooks, composition books, legal pads, and specialty paper products.
• Utilize PDF files as references to develop new workbook content in Illustrator files.
• Design collegiate notebooks, portfolios, journals, and blue books within a system based on orders.
• Create web images that align with customer specifications.
• Ensure all files are accurate, complete, and ready for production prior to submission.
• Submit artwork for approval to licensing agencies in adherence to their rules and regulations.
• Accurately manage submissions for collegiate licensing.
• Provide assistance to customers and sales representatives with custom collegiate orders.
• Design marketing brochures and flyers.
• Contribute to the annual product catalog.
• Offer graphic support to other departments.
• Help maintain the cloud-based digital asset management system.
• Organize artwork files utilizing version control and consistent naming conventions.
• Complete all application phases, including prequalifying questions, video introduction, role-specific assessment (if applicable), recruitment interview, executive interview, client interview, and background/reference check.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and InDesign — a strict requirement.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, especially in contexts involving production and licensing artwork.
• Ability to manage numerous projects and tasks concurrently while meeting tight deadlines without mistakes.
• Some familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel for file management and order processing.
• Comfortable working and communicating effectively in a virtual setting.
• Self-motivated and organized with a production-oriented mindset that emphasizes accuracy over speed.
• An updated resume is required.
• A portfolio link showcasing production design work, including print-ready files, layout work, or examples related to collegiate, packaging, or manufacturing design is essential.
• A brief Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, detailing your production design experience, and outlining your quality-control process.
• Both a portfolio and Loom video are required to progress to the next step in the hiring process.
• Compensation in USD, paid bi-monthly (on the 15th and 30th).
• Paid Time Off in accordance with company policy.

• 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during US business hours.
