Visual Designer – Part-time, E-commerce/Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Modify existing Figma templates to align with the visual identity and layout of online newspapers, magazines, and media outlets.

• Analyze prospective websites to assess typography, color schemes, imagery, spacing, and overall design composition.

• Develop high-fidelity digital mockups that showcase branded content or advertising experiences within publications.

• Revise typography, color schemes, layouts, and visual framing in pitch materials and presentation assets.

• Prepare visual assets and video frames tailored for customized sales presentations.

• Occasionally update presentation decks, digital collateral, and other visual resources.

• Collaborate with sales and production teams to produce polished materials under tight deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Figma and a strong understanding of its layout and design tools.

• Excellent visual design abilities in layout, typography, composition, and color theory.

• Exceptional attention to detail and capability to adapt visual assets to various brand identities.

• Experience in creating digital marketing, visual, presentation, or branded content.

• Capability to work independently and efficiently manage short, project-based tasks.

• Ability to interpret existing visual guidelines and translate them into polished, consistent assets.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Must be based in Latin America (LATAM).

• Availability for part-time work, approximately 20 hours per week.

• Nice to have: experience with online publications, digital advertising, editorial design, marketing, or media brands.

• Nice to have: basic understanding of motion design or animation.

• Nice to have: familiarity with digital publishing environments, advertising formats, or editorial website layouts.

• Nice to have: experience with Figma Auto Layout, components, variants, and shared libraries.

• Nice to have: background in high-volume visual adaptation or production workflows.
