Visual Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Define and cultivate Bask Health’s visual identity through its online presence, marketing channels, and product offerings.

• Execute marketing design for various platforms, including the website, sales materials, social media assets, and email campaigns.

• Create innovative strategies to engage the audience, featuring campaigns, content series, and events.

• Utilize LLMs as a foundation to enhance clarity in thinking, draft outputs, research issues, and accelerate progress.

• Employ judgment to refine AI-supported work and uphold a high standard of quality.

• Test designs with actual users and stakeholders, iterating based on their feedback.

• Document and disseminate effective AI-native prompts, processes, and workflows throughout the team.

• Collaborate closely with both marketing and product teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong creative abilities accompanied by a portfolio that showcases a passion for illustrative design and typography.

• Experience utilizing various design platforms in both digital and print formats.

• Highly proficient in Figma.

• Solid understanding of web design principles and visual aesthetics.

• An intuitive grasp of effective copy and the synergy between words and visuals.

• Experience in product-led companies, preferably within the SaaS sector.

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.

• Some background in video production and a keen interest in enhancing this skill.

• Comfortable taking ownership of ambiguity within a fast-paced product team.

• Preference for a transparent working style, sharing work early and frequently.

• Enthusiastic about metrics-driven experimentation while maintaining strong design sensibilities.
