Junior Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and modify presentations, graphics for social media, carousels, visuals for emails and blogs, and materials for internal communication.

• Assist in the creation of playbooks, case studies, datasheets, sales collateral, and event resources utilizing approved content and templates.

• Implement principles of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and spacing.

• Generate editable source files along with final exports suited for digital or print formats.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to produce visual materials that align with brand standards.

• Adhere to practices for file naming, folder organization, and version control.

• Aid in the upkeep of a library of reusable assets and templates.

• Utilize AI, Notion, SharePoint, HubSpot, and WordPress.

• Comply with Bring IT's brand guidelines and standardized templates.

• Accurately incorporate feedback into future projects.

• Verify final files for format, dimensions, and delivery specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related discipline, either completed or nearing completion.

• Intermediate skills in PowerPoint, Word, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• A strong understanding of design principles and brand identity.

• A portfolio showcasing relevant experience.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• Openness to learning AI-driven design tools, HubSpot, WordPress, Notion, and collaboration platforms.

• Knowledge of Figma/WordPress for layout or component-based design is preferred.

• Video editing abilities in Adobe Premiere Pro are preferred.

• Basic skills in animation using After Effects are preferred.
