Web and Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop logos, creative artwork, and pre-production designs.

• Implement brand guidelines to ensure visual coherence and enhance images through editing.

• Carry out typesetting and layout design tasks.

• Design website mockups featuring engaging visuals.

• Create item templates and redraw products based on specifications and photographs.

• Uphold brand standards while exploring creative avenues.

• Evaluate final layouts and recommend enhancements.

• Collaborate closely with clients to align with their concepts and manage expectations.

• Set up and maintain Shopify sites, including catering to creative and visual content needs.

• Regularly update the client's Sage-based website.

• Produce product and design mockups for client feedback and presentations.

• Generate captivating visuals for website and e-commerce platforms.

• Design and format PowerPoint presentations alongside supporting visual materials.

• Undertake additional related tasks as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.

• 1–3 years of demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer or in a comparable creative position.

• Prior experience with Shopify, website maintenance, or digital design is strongly preferred.

• Excellent verbal, written, and English communication abilities.

• Willingness to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or align with US operating hours.

• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.

• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign.

• Knowledge of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertising, and multimedia design.

• Prior experience in setting up and maintaining Shopify sites is highly favored.

• Background in maintaining or updating websites, especially Sage-based ones, is a plus.

• Strong PowerPoint capabilities with the proficiency to create visually engaging presentations.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively while adhering to tight deadlines.

• A robust portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills and creativity across different formats.

• Capacity to give and receive constructive feedback.

• Solid understanding of design principles, visual composition, and attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

• Strong time management skills to ensure deadlines are met.

• A passion for design with a sharp eye for aesthetics, trends, and innovation within the graphic design industry.
