Virtual Teacher of Record, MN Certified

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary academic liaison for the family.

• Collaborate with Fullmind operations/enrollment, the academic lead on standards, the district registrar regarding records, and the district SPED case manager when necessary.

• Act as the responsible signatory for academic and compliance documentation.

• Review weekly student reflection and engagement logs to generate and evaluate attendance records.

• Ensure that attendance and grading records are thorough, accurate, and ready for reporting on a weekly basis.

• Confirm that each student’s schedule and curriculum maps align with current Minnesota standards.

• Monitor progress towards grade-level benchmarks.

• Address academic and instructional inquiries.

• Coordinate with the district-assigned case manager to ensure that platform accommodations and services are accurately represented.

• Administer online assessments when required.

• Provide virtual instruction and assist students in completing their courses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have authorization to work in the United States.

• Valid Minnesota teaching license is required.

• Familiarity with Minnesota standards and assessment/compliance requirements is essential.

• Comfortable with SIS coordination and documentation processes.

• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university is mandatory.

• Access to a laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet connection is necessary.

• Participation in a virtual skills demonstration and submission of a background check are required as part of the application process.

• Availability for 4 hours per day is expected.
