This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Act as the Nutritional Health Care Provider for Delfina Medical Group, focusing on pregnancy and postpartum care.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions for patients who are pregnant or in the postpartum period.

• Develop protocols and safety guidelines for a telemedicine-based nutritional health support system tailored for pregnant and postpartum patients.

• Function as a Perinatal Nutritional Health Expert on a continual basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with at least a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• Must hold a valid license to practice in Colorado.

• Active registration within the Colorado Medicaid system is advantageous.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Additional proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing patient care related to pregnancy nutrition, including the management of Gestational Diabetes, Type I, and Type II Diabetes.

• Experience with virtual patient care is required.

• Must be available for intermittent phone and video meetings with Delfina Medical Group.

• Must possess unrestricted and independent authorization to work at Delfina; please note that Delfina Medical Group does not sponsor or facilitate U.S. work authorization.
