This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
β’ Provide a tailored, high-touch experience for Empower Private Clients who have over $5M in assets under management.
β’ Assist with onboarding, financial planning, and investment strategy engagements.
β’ Guide clients through planning milestones and outreach driven by specific campaigns.
β’ Maintain ongoing communication and serve as a reliable point of contact.
β’ Recognize planning opportunities through client discussions and data insights.
β’ Lead the information gathering process to deliver timely recommendations.
β’ Offer customized financial planning either independently or in collaboration with the practice team.
β’ Aid in the implementation and monitoring of investment strategies that align with client goals and risk tolerance.
β’ Keep abreast of market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory updates.
β’ Collaborate with Portfolio Management on account customization, client requests, and relationship management.
β’ Engage in monthly audit reviews and work with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
β’ Attend and actively contribute to in-person client meetings as necessary.
β’ Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
β’ Over 7 years of relevant work experience in financial services and client relations.
β’ FINRA Series 65 certification is required.
β’ FINRA fingerprinting is necessary.
β’ CFP certification is highly preferred.
β’ Strong understanding of wealth management strategies, financial planning, tax optimization, and estate planning.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and situational awareness skills.
β’ Capacity to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks concurrently.
β’ Proven track record of achieving multi-product goals and analyzing/presenting investment portfolios to clients.
β’ Proficient in or able to quickly master Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Salesforce, NetX360, and proprietary recordkeeping systems.
β’ Candidates must have authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
β’ Access to reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection and a suitably equipped home workspace.
