
Virtual Supervising Physician – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Conduct approximately 20 telehealth appointments daily with established homebound Medicare patients via video-first or audio-only formats.
• Review and authorize care plans for each patient within the panel.
• Act as the general supervising and collaborating physician for nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
• Implement and uphold state collaboration agreements.
• Assess clinical escalations and perform chart audits.
• Approve skills examinations and operational checklists for supervised clinical personnel.
• Educate care coordinators on care-management protocols and documentation standards.
• Offer continuous clinical guidance and quality-assurance feedback to Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• Complete ancillary services, including Annual Wellness Visits, Advance Care Planning, cognitive assessments, and transitional care management.
• Operate exclusively within OA, the company’s clinical and operations platform.
• Report directly to the Regional Chief Medical Officer.
• MD or DO degree.
• Board certification must be maintained throughout employment.
• An active, unrestricted medical license in New Jersey.
• Current DEA registration in good standing.
• Eligibility to enroll and bill as a Medicare practitioner.
• Must not be excluded or debarred from any federal health care program.
• Insurable under the professional liability policy.
• Ability to work full-time and exclusively for Ennoble Care.
• One-year commitment required.
• Comfortable with a high-volume telehealth schedule and productivity metrics.
• Strong and efficient clinical documentation skills.
• Preference for specialization in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Home-based primary care, house-call, or PACE experience will distinguish a candidate.
• Experience supervising or collaborating with nurse practitioners and physician assistants will set a candidate apart.
• Familiarity with Chronic Care Management, Advanced Primary Care Management, RPM, or BHI will enhance a candidate's profile.
• Experience in value-based care, ACO, MSSP, or Medicare Advantage is advantageous.
• Licensure in multiple states served or eligibility for the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact will set a candidate apart.
• Background in palliative or hospice care will distinguish a candidate.
• Proficiency in Spanish or another second language will be an asset.
• Candidates must disclose any current or anticipated need for employment-based immigration sponsorship prior to an offer being made.
