This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets within the designated territory.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with assigned healthcare providers and their support teams.
• Effectively convey information regarding the client’s neurology and obstructive sleep apnea products.
• Educate clients on pertinent patient educational resources and programs.
• Complete all required product training to gain an in-depth understanding of the disease state, product features, advantages, and key selling messages.
• Communicate essential selling messages for the promoted products assigned to you.
• Meet or exceed expectations for calls and sales performance.
• Accurately generate sample and literature requests while following up on product shipments.
• Maintain records of targeted customer interactions, attempts, product discussions, and literature requests in the database.
• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to team leadership.
• Operate independently from a remote home office.
• Develop the assigned virtual territory, delivering measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with the field specialty team to ensure product availability for patients.
• Assist in pre-launch and launch strategies through evolving responsibilities.
• Deliver educational presentations and materials that are unbranded while providing insights from the field.
• Schedule future in-person meetings, identify suitable patient types and workflows, and share updates on launches.
• Implement sustained post-launch call-plan objectives and broaden outreach to high-priority healthcare provider targets.
• Show a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A four-year Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of 2 years in HCP-facing pharmaceutical sales, including virtual engagement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn new software as necessary.
• Experience with Veeva CRM is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Capability to articulate complex clinical data effectively.
• Strong and convincing communication abilities.
• Confidence and aptitude to engage with physicians and all levels of medical office personnel.
• Reliable internet connection sufficient for voice over VoIP calls and virtual call platforms.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Completion of advanced-level assigned product training.
• Compliance with company, PDMA, and all regulatory policies and guidelines.
