This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist current field sales, operational, and marketing efforts through virtual inside sales.
• Utilize established best practices, job aids, and quality metrics to foster relationships with healthcare practices across the country.
• Implement inside sales strategies to achieve favorable outcomes with a designated group of healthcare professionals.
• Conduct account management tasks, including call preparation, customer education, reporting, and follow-up.
• Develop an engaging phone presence and engage in clinical/promotional discussions.
• Oversee daily sales-call activities to maximize efficiency and meet sales and market-share goals.
• Profile and manage targeted healthcare professional lists while providing value-added benefits to enhance product volume.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge and awareness of competitive offerings.
• Communicate product information effectively, clearly, and accurately, using appropriate medical terminology.
• Initiate, develop, expand, and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals, office staff, medical assistants, nurses, and physicians.
• Function both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Protect patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Exceptional verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in a goal-oriented environment with established objectives and metrics.
• Preferred experience in the healthcare sector with direct interaction with physicians and office personnel.
• Familiarity with medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or a related industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven, and incentivized environment.
• Must ensure the protection of patient privacy and confidentiality in line with HIPAA Privacy and Security guidelines.
• Successful completion of product training and meeting training expectations is required.
