Virtual Primary Care Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Attend to the personal health care requirements of both new and existing patients, predominantly through virtual, video-based consultations.

• Foster long-term, patient-focused relationships aimed at achieving excellent health results and an outstanding patient experience.

• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary, virtual team-oriented environment.

• Deliver comprehensive primary care through video visits, including diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses, evaluation and management of chronic conditions, as well as preventive and wellness care.

• Benefit from the support of a dedicated Virtual Care Center nursing and triage team, remote patient monitoring (RPM) tools, and population health resources.

• Completion of training in internal medicine, family medicine, or internal medicine & pediatrics (IM-Peds).
