Virtual Physician Assistant – GA Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide care to patients through telehealth appointments, which include telephonic triage calls, video consultations, and email follow-ups.

• Engage in ongoing education through weekly Clinical Rounds and various learning methods.

• Collaborate with both virtual and in-office colleagues during daily huddles.

• Utilize clinical expertise to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.

• Coordinate virtual clinical services with patients’ primary care providers.

• Offer patient care around the clock, 365 days a year, using a collaborative team approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successful completion of a master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS).

• Maintain active certification from the NCCPA.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience within the last 5 years as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency medicine treating patients of all ages.

• Currently licensed in Georgia and capable of acquiring additional state licenses.

• Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday as required.

• Flexibility to work specific shifts: 6am-5pm EST, 7am-6pm PST, 8am-7pm EST, 11am-10pm EST, or 1pm-12am EST.

• Strong clinical and communication skills.

• Clinical expertise in evidence-based primary care.

• Competence in utilizing technology to provide high-quality care.

• Ability to communicate and deliver care to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Willingness to accept feedback and engage in self-reflection.

• Capacity to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues effectively.

• Preparedness to adjust personal and interpersonal behaviors to meet patient needs.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.; One Medical participates in E-Verify.
