Virtual Physician Assistant, CA Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide care to patients through telehealth consultations, which include telephonic triage, video appointments, and follow-up emails.

• Engage in ongoing education during weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning opportunities.

• Collaborate with both virtual and in-office colleagues through daily huddles.

• Utilize specialized clinical training to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.

• Acquire additional state licenses and credentials for One Medical's virtual primary care services in various states.

• Deliver clinical care virtually in collaboration with primary care providers, employing a team-oriented approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of a master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS).

• Active NCCPA certification must be maintained.

• A minimum of 2 years as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care environment treating patients of all ages (0+), or 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine settings treating patients of all ages (0+).

• Currently licensed to practice in California, with the capability to obtain additional state licenses.

• Availability for weekday and weekend shifts; at least every other Saturday and/or Sunday is required.

• Flexibility to work shifts from 6am–5pm, 7am–6pm, and 12pm–11pm PST.

• Exceptional clinical and communication abilities.

• Clinical expertise in evidence-based primary care practices.
