Virtual Physician Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide patient care through telehealth consultations, which include triage calls, video sessions, and follow-up emails.

• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and partake in various continuous education initiatives.

• Collaborate with both virtual and in-office colleagues during daily huddles.

• Utilize clinical training to deliver outstanding virtual patient services.

• Offer evidence-based primary care to One Medical patients in conjunction with primary care providers.

• Provide virtual clinical services around the clock, every day of the year.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed an accredited FNP program and hold a national certification.

• Have at least 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care environment within the last 5 years, treating patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting with a similar patient demographic.

• Currently possess a license in CA, OR, WA, AZ, or CO, with the potential to obtain licenses in additional states.

• For candidates in AZ: Must have more than 8000 hours of experience and be eligible for PA collaborative status.

• Willingness to work shifts on weekdays and weekends, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday.

• Flexibility for shifts that range from 6 am–5 pm PT to 1 pm–12 am PT.

• Strong clinical and communication skills are essential.

• Proficient in evidence-based primary care practices.

• Competent in using technology to provide high-quality healthcare.

• Capable of engaging with and caring for individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Open to receiving feedback and engaging in self-reflection.

• Able to manage uncertain situations effectively.

• Prepared to adjust behavior to align with patient needs.

• Authorization to work in the U.S. must be validated through E-Verify.
