Virtual Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Implement the marketing strategies of the client through effective sales presentations to both current and potential customers.

• Conduct client-directed outbound communications, including calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with designated targets and prospective clients.

• Organize and plan activities to guarantee regular and consistent coverage of the territory in alignment with the action plan.

• Clearly communicate clinical information to office personnel utilizing educational resources and support materials in a virtual setting.

• Build trust and credibility through consistent and professional virtual communication with healthcare professionals and office staff.

• Assist the entire office staff and ensure they possess the necessary tools to enhance product value.

• Manage territory data and adhere to reporting and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree (minimum requirement).

• Over 1 year of experience in B2B and/or pharmaceutical sales.

• Strong skills in account management and collaboration.

• Proficient in technical and computer-related tasks.

• Self-driven with a strong focus on performance.

• Advanced selling skills, including successful customer engagement and relationship-building through e-promotion.

• Ability to effectively prioritize and plan while adhering to compliance guidelines.

• At least 1 year of experience in virtual/inside healthcare sales (preferred).

• Capability to quickly grasp and convey complex product information to healthcare professionals.

• Must adhere to applicable vaccination requirements as mandated by local authorities or Syneos Health clients.
