This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise the clinical operations team's capacity to deliver safe, high-quality care to patients.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery and patient outcomes.
• Act as a resource for caregivers within the team.
• Establish a supportive and responsive presence through role modeling and fostering relationships.
• Provide leadership and support to the site clinical operations team, which includes nurses and Medical Assistants.
• Manage team schedules to ensure sufficient coverage.
• Conduct performance evaluations.
• Organize educational and preceptor opportunities for nursing students.
• Participate in the recruitment of new nurses and Medical Assistants.
• Take part in regular meetings with the Associate Director of Clinical Operations and other necessary meetings.
• Contribute to the development of clinical policies, procedures, workflows, and staff development.
• Facilitate education and implementation of workflow changes resulting from policy and process updates.
• Assess care coordination outcomes by evaluating the effectiveness of interventions.
• Oversee the daily huddle with the Nurse Supervisor and/or Lead/Clinical Floor Supervisor(s).
• Manage clinical care flow for the assigned care team, including identifying patient needs and care gaps.
• Lead quality improvement activities and initiatives.
• Provide ambulatory care support as part of the care team, as required.
• Advocate for patients by collaborating with providers and auxiliary staff.
• Assist other Nurse Managers by covering sites during staffing challenges or offering managerial support.
• Fulfill Nurse Supervisor responsibilities when that position is vacant at a site.
• Ensure compliance with professional and organizational standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned or requested.
• Active RN licensure in the State of Delaware with no restrictions.
• Five years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a similar degree preferred.
• Ambulatory Care Nursing Certification (RN-BC) preferred.
• Experience in quality improvement preferred.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both Spanish and English preferred.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus.
