Virtual High Impact Tutor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Provide live, virtual tutoring to students in individual and small group formats.

• Establish a safe, enjoyable, and interactive online classroom environment.

• Involve students in engaging, goal-oriented learning experiences.

• Tailor instruction to accommodate the unique needs of each student.

• Conduct assessments as required.

• Maintain professional communication with the Framework Tutor Operations Team.

• Offer engaging, high-quality virtual tutoring for elementary, middle, or high school students across a variety of subjects.

• Deliver lessons utilizing provided curriculum and interactive slide presentations on a secure online platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in tutoring, either virtually or in-person.

• Completion of at least two years (60 credit hours) of college education.

• A reliable computer equipped with a microphone and camera, along with stable internet access and a quiet workspace.

• Ability to successfully pass a federal background check (which may include fingerprinting).

• Proficiency in using online teaching tools and platforms.

• An Associate's Degree or higher is preferred.

• Prior experience in online tutoring is preferred.

• Experience working with Special Education or ESL students is preferred.

• Bilingual skills are preferred.

• Must be a legal resident of the U.S., at least 18 years old.

• Must reside and work within the United States.
