This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Provide safe, effective, and inclusive Fitness & Resistance Training.
• Conduct live, interactive, two-way video classes that cover a range of activities from standard high/low intensity fitness to functional movement and strength training.
• Adapt exercises in real-time to accommodate varying physical abilities, mobility limitations, and fitness levels, including older adults and those with physical or sensory considerations.
• Continuously monitor participant safety through active visual observation via the two-way video stream.
• Strictly follow established safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Track class attendance, performance metrics, and session logs in accordance with program guidelines.
• Participate in mandatory ongoing administrative meetings, quality assurance evaluations, and professional development workshops.
• Must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the United States (US Hires Only).
• Hold an active nationally accredited Group Fitness Instructor certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, AFAA, ACSM) or an equivalent qualification.
• Possess a minimum of 2+ years of experience in teaching fitness to diverse populations.
• Willingness and ability to commit to teaching at least 5 live classes per week across flexible scheduling options (mornings, evenings, or weekends) as needed.
• Successfully complete a comprehensive background check prior to official hiring and onboarding.
• Have access to high-speed, reliable internet capable of supporting continuous, high-definition two-way video streaming without interruption.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using major video conferencing systems and virtual delivery tools.
• Maintain a dedicated, clean, professional, and quiet home teaching space free from background noise or domestic distractions.
• Ensure camera setup allows for full-length body visibility (head-to-toe) while standing, moving, and demonstrating floor exercises.
• Multi-modal certifications or experience in teaching secondary modalities, including Yoga, Mind-Body, or Specialty modalities, is preferred.
• Prior experience in delivering virtual wellness programs within a healthcare or clinical environment is preferred.
• Formal training in trauma-sensitive or trauma-informed instruction is preferred.
• Standard statutory benefits (e.g., worker's compensation, state-mandated paid sick leave) apply where legally required.
