Virtual Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Utilize the Visual Remote Assistance (VRA) application to communicate and understand product or installation challenges.

• Address customer concerns or identify essential components required for issue resolution.

• Document comprehensive reports of virtual appointments.

• Offer virtual assistance for inquiries from field technicians.

• Report systemic product challenges to the relevant manufacturing entity.

• Review newly created Field Service Tasks.

• Contribute to the formulation of Standard Operating Procedures for Site Services.

• Conduct research on product information.

• Carry out other assigned duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required.

• Significant field service experience is necessary.

• Prior experience with Titan and Salesforce operating platforms is preferred.

• Extensive understanding of Jeld-Wen products is essential.

• Capability to capture precise measurements of products and installations.

• Ability to review work orders to ensure accurate crew size and job duration.

• Skill in identifying and communicating potential safety hazards.

• Strong professional communication abilities.

• Must be a cooperative team player.

• Capacity to work remotely with minimal supervision.

• Understanding and application of JELD-WEN Policies and Procedures is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary.
