Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner – OR Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Provide patient care through telehealth services, including phone triage, video consultations, and email follow-ups.

• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and various continuous-learning initiatives.

• Collaborate with both virtual and in-office colleagues during daily huddles.

• Utilize clinical expertise to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.

• Offer evidence-based primary care to One Medical patients in partnership with primary care providers.

• Ensure virtual care is available 24/7, 365 days a year through a collaborative team approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program with national certification.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the last 5 years as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care for patients of all ages (0+), or 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine for patients of all ages (0+).

• Currently possess a license to practice in Oregon, with the capability to acquire additional state licenses.

• Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts; required to work every other Saturday and Sunday.

• Flexibility to work current shifts that range from 7am-6pm PST, 12pm-11pm PST, or 1pm-12am PST.

• Strong clinical and communication abilities.

• Demonstrated clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.

• Competency in utilizing technology to provide high-quality care.

• Ability to interact with and care for individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Skillful in navigating uncertain situations with patients and colleagues.

• Willingness to adjust behavior to accommodate patient needs.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
