Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner, MA Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Conduct telehealth consultations, including phone triage calls, video appointments, and follow-up emails with patients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through weekly Clinical Rounds and other educational opportunities.

• Work collaboratively with both virtual and in-office colleagues during daily team huddles.

• Utilize specialized clinical training to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.

• Offer virtual clinical services to One Medical patients in collaboration with primary care providers.

• Provide evidence-based virtual medical care employing advanced technology and a collaborative approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program with national certification.

• Within the last 5 years, have at least 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care environment serving patients of all ages (0+), or 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting with patients of all ages (0+).

• Currently licensed in Massachusetts with the capability to obtain additional state licenses.

• Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts; required to work every other Saturday and/or Sunday.

• Flexibility to work current shifts from 11am–10pm EST or 1pm–12am EST.

• Strong clinical and communication abilities.

• Commitment to human-centered primary care.

• Proficient in using technology to deliver high-quality healthcare.

• Clinical expertise in evidence-based primary care practices.
