Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner, CO Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Conduct patient care through telehealth appointments, which include triage calls, video consultations, and follow-up emails.

• Engage in ongoing education during weekly Clinical Rounds and through various other learning methods.

• Collaborate with both virtual and in-office colleagues during daily huddles.

• Apply specialized clinical training to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.

• Offer virtual clinical services to One Medical patients in conjunction with their primary care providers.

• Provide patient care 24/7, 365 days a year through a team-oriented approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program with national certification.

• Within the last 5 years, have at least 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care environment treating patients of all ages (0+), or 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting treating patients of all ages (0+).

• Currently licensed in Colorado, with the capability to obtain additional state licenses.

• Willingness to work shifts on weekdays and weekends, with a requirement to work every other Saturday and/or Sunday.

• Availability for shifts ranging from 7am-6pm PST and 11am-10pm PST.

• Strong clinical and communication skills.

• Clinical expertise in evidence-based primary care practices.
