Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner – AL Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Conduct patient consultations through tele-health methods, which include telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and follow-up emails.

• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and other ongoing education initiatives.

• Collaborate with both virtual and in-office team members during daily huddles.

• Utilize specialized clinical training to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.

• Provide round-the-clock virtual clinical services every day of the year as a member of the Virtual Medical Team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program with national certification.

• Within the last five years, have at least two years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care environment serving patients of all ages (0+), OR two years of experience in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting treating patients of all ages (0+).

• Currently possess a license in Alabama with the capability to acquire additional state licenses.

• Availability to work shifts on both weekdays and weekends.

• Current shift hours range from 11 AM to 10 PM EST and 12 PM to 11 PM EST.

• Strong clinical and communication abilities.

• A commitment to providing human-centered primary care.

• Capacity to communicate effectively with and provide care to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficient in utilizing technology to deliver high-quality care.

• Clinical expertise in evidence-based primary care practices.

• Skillful in navigating uncertain scenarios involving patients and colleagues.

• Willingness to adjust personal and interpersonal behaviors according to patient needs.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
