Virtual Engagement Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Connect with healthcare professionals, clinics, pharmacies, and hospital stakeholders through outbound calls to convey approved program and service-related information on behalf of the client.

• Consistently meet or surpass program KPIs and performance targets.

• Establish rapport and nurture positive client relationships through professional and high-quality interactions.

• Accurately record and submit daily call activities and necessary customer information in the CRM system.

• Address customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.

• Foster a collaborative and professional team atmosphere through effective communication and partnership with colleagues.

• Engage in team meetings, departmental gatherings, training programs, client-sponsored training sessions, and educational initiatives.

• Exemplify and uphold Inizio Engage's values in all interactions and activities.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• College or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Energetic, self-driven, and possess strong interpersonal skills.

• Capability to collaborate with internal and external business partners.

• Proficient in prioritizing and planning assigned target list coverage.

• Professional demeanor, independent, and a team player.

• Outstanding customer service with a patient-focused approach.

• Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Fluently bilingual in French and English (both oral and written) if engaging with HCPs in Quebec.
