Virtual Engagement Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage with healthcare professionals, clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals through outbound calls to communicate approved program and service-related information.

• Meet or surpass program KPIs and performance targets.

• Establish rapport and cultivate positive customer relationships through professional interactions.

• Accurately record and submit daily call activities and customer data in the CRM system.

• Address customer inquiries promptly and in a professional manner.

• Maintain a collaborative and professional team atmosphere.

• Participate in team and departmental meetings as well as training programs.

• Take part in client-sponsored training sessions and educational initiatives.

• Uphold the values of Inizio Engage in all interactions and activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• A college or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Energetic, self-motivated, and possesses strong interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external business stakeholders.

• Capable of prioritizing and planning coverage for the assigned target list.

• Demonstrates professionalism, autonomy, and the ability to work well in a team.

• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on patient-centric care.

• Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, if engaging with HCPs in Quebec.
