Virtual Customer Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Manage around 4+ customer calls each hour from clients throughout the USA.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries effectively.

• Clarify details regarding cellular phones, billing, and general service questions.

• Assist in troubleshooting basic phone functionalities, SIM cards, app downloads, contacts, and more complex device or service-related issues.

• Efficiently navigate through multiple screens and systems while guiding customers through step-by-step resolutions.

• Maintain focus, organization, and availability throughout designated shifts.

• Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a respectful and supportive team environment.

• Utilize provided equipment and engage in paid training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is required.

• Experience in remote customer service is preferred.

• Basic computer skills are necessary, including typing, knowledge of common software applications, and internet navigation.

• An internet connection with a minimum of 20 Mbps upload and 100 Mbps download speeds is essential.

• Satellite, Wi-Fi, and cellular-data internet providers are not compatible.

• A quiet, distraction-free home office environment is required.

• Candidates must reside within 50 miles of a Consumer Cellular facility or Oklahoma City center.

• Dual monitors are required for this position.

• A pre-employment background check and drug screening are mandatory.

• A friendly and learning-focused attitude is essential.

• Ability to remain available and engaged throughout the shift, except during designated breaks and lunch periods.
