Virtual Customer Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Manage around 4+ customer calls per hour from clients throughout the USA

• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist in resolving customer concerns

• Clarify information regarding cellular phones, billing inquiries, and general customer queries

• Troubleshoot basic functionalities of phones, devices, and service-related issues

• Navigate various screens and systems while providing detailed step-by-step guidance to customers

• Aid in changing SIM cards, downloading applications, and adding contacts

• Maintain focus and organizational skills while working remotely

• Collaborate with colleagues and value diverse strengths and talents within the team

• Engage in team interactions and utilize on-site or off-site IT support as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory

• Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service

• Preference for candidates with remote customer service experience

• Basic computer proficiency, including typing, common software applications, and internet navigation

• An internet connection with a minimum of 20 MBPS upload speed and 100 MBPS download speed

• Satellite, Wi-Fi, and cellular data internet providers are not suitable

• A quiet, distraction-free home office environment is essential

• Candidates must reside within 50 miles of a Consumer Cellular facility, specifically the Louisville center for this position

• Dual monitors are required

• Ability to stay available and engaged throughout the shift, excluding assigned breaks and lunch

• A pre-employment background check and drug screening are mandatory
