Virtual Creative Group Facilitator – Adolescent PHP, IOP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct 2–3 live virtual group sessions weekly

• Develop structured activities suitable for various age groups

• Encourage creativity, connection, and emotional expression

• Ensure participant engagement in a virtual group environment

• Complete attendance records and necessary documentation

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in a creative, educational, or behavioral health discipline

• Experience in group facilitation

• Background in working with adolescents aged 13–17

• Knowledge of PHP, IOP, or behavioral health environments

• Experience in facilitating creative groups in a remote setting

• Access to a private home office, webcam, and reliable internet connection

• Preferred: Experience in Adolescent PHP/IOP settings

• Preferred: Background in trauma-informed or strengths-based approaches

• Warm, creative, and reliable virtual presence
