Virtual Computer Science Educator, New Jersey Certification

📋 Description

• Utilize the educator portal to identify job opportunities that align with your certification.

• Deliver the school's curriculum via the district's virtual platform.

• Create lesson plans that are in accordance with the class curriculum.

• Inspire creativity and enthusiasm within the virtual learning setting.

• Engage and develop student learning through strategies focused on building relationships.

• Monitor and record student grades and academic performance.

• Participate in district-sponsored professional development sessions and faculty meetings.

• Collaborate with the in-class facilitator who is present with students.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Currently possess an active teaching certification issued by a USA state; a valid New Jersey Computer Science Teacher Certification is required.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a professional educator is necessary.

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.

• Must have a laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.

• Required to participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration.

• A background check submission is part of the application process.

• Previous online teaching experience is advantageous.
